Consisting of:

Protner Stack-NW 140 wet wipe folder and stacker from 2003. Cutting, folding and stacking machine for the production of non-woven wet wipes, folded longitudinally in "Z"-fold, continuous operation, for materials like spun lace, with automatic feeding to the Synchropack flowpack wrapping machine.

Current format: 320 x 250 mm

Folded format: 130 x 250 mm

Folding type: longitudinal in "Z", panels of (130 + 130 + 60)

Working width: 1600 mm (5 x 320 mm)

Production capacity: max. 1200 wipes/minute, equivalent to 20 packs/minute (in case of packs of 60 units)

Synchropack Pack 900-LTS-M1 flowpack wrapping, fill and seal machine from 2005. Flowpack wrapping machine, continuous operation, with coding device, product presence control and code reader, operator touch panel. Includes facility to add transparent opening labels and warranty seal labels on the final packs, and also automatic film splicing.

Current format of final packs: 250 x 130 x 12-15mm (with 15 folded wipes) or 55-60 mm (60 folded wipes) (LxWxH)

Max. film reel dimensions: 450mm (reel width), core diameter 76mm, reel diameter 300mm

Production Capacity: 5 - 70 packs/ minute, depending on quantity of folded wipes
