Consisting of:
Conveying, metering and mixing system for extruders MB I and MB II. Gravimetric system for 1 main + 3 additives
2 x Oerlikon Barmag extruders, throughput rate 40-150 kg/hr each, PP (MFI 400-1200), screw size 90 mm dia, 30 L/D with 5 zones along with 02 x polymer filters - screen area 2 x 72 cm2 each in continuous and semi-automatic mode.
2 x Oerlikon meltblown spinning beams, each consisting of:
1 electrically heated meltblown die assembly - max operating temp up to 300 deg. C., heating power 52 kW, coat hanger die body, insulation for spinning beam, double-sided air manifold for heated process air and pressure measuring device
2 Oerlikon Barmag spinning pumps (one for each beam), size 1 x 70 cm3/rev each.
2 sets of spin packs and spinnerets, for PP polymer, 1700 mm with 50 holes per inch.
2 quench boxes
2 quench ducts
1 x webforming system, consisting of:
1 unwinder, ww: 1700 mm, max dia 1500 mm, manual loading and unloading
2 Oerlikon Neumag fabric forming tables, ww: 1850 mm, speed range 10-200 m/min, forming wire with pin-seam, height adjustment via motor driven spindle system, 3-zone vacuum box with upstream zone, forming zone and downstream zone.
2 air suction systems for forming air complete with meltblown air suction fans.
1 quench air system with 2 secondary air systems for quench air
1 x chilled water unit (for 2 quench air systems), cooling capacity approximately 360 kW.
1 x process air system including 2 compressors
1 x air heating system - electrically heated
1 x Oerlikon Neumag electrostatic chargin system Tech-I, for inline chargin of the web, ww: 1700 mm
1 x online measuring device for basis-weight and air-permeability
1 x in-line slitter/winder, speed 10-200 m/min, ww: 2200 mm, max roll dia 1200 mm, max roll weight 630 kg, 3 inch shaft. Fitted with 12 knives - manually adjustable + 1 edge-trim suction system.
