OERLIKON BARMAG POLYESTER STAPLE FIBER PLANT 40 TPD
Complete Polyester Fiber Spinning plant two-step process, total capacity: 35-40 tons/day in a range of 3.3 to 28.0 dtex. The line is fully CE-compliant, and the system complies also with EU safety regulations. 6-7 operators to run the full production for one shift. The line has been continuously upgraded over the years and is completely operated by a new Siemens S7-400 system installed in 2017. Total installed power: 2200 kW - consumption approximately 900 kW/hr.
